The massage therapists at Natural Balance Integrative Health take a special interest in therapeutic massage, with an emphasis on injury management. Each therapist offers a unique perspective on patient care and is an invaluable asset to the wellness team. At Natural Balance, we offer 30 Minute, 60 Minute, 90 Minute, and Hot Stone Therapy sessions. Each massage is booked for an additional half hour in order to ensure each patient is on the table for the full 60 to 90 minutes (depending on the massage being performed).

Suzan Dee, LMT
Suzan is a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder, and has lived all over Colorado including Winter Park. She was an elementary school teacher before having three daughters of her own. She attended Crestone Healing Arts Center in 2006. While being deeply immersed in the intensive study program, she realized her true passion in life and still loves helping people feel better through integrated massage. In addition to massage therapy, Suzan is also a Kundalini yoga instructor, and likes to incorporate this background to help increase body awareness in her clients.
Suzan uses a combination of Swedish, Deep tissue, Acupressure, and Reflexology, so that her clients may experience a deep relaxation and relief from the stress of everyday life. She is client-oriented, and tailors each treatment to what is going on in their lives at the time. Whether you are an athlete in training, putting in long hours in front of the computer, expecting a baby, or just living life to the fullest, Suzan can help you to unwind and relax. She strongly believes that massage is not a luxury, but rather an important maintenance for the body, mind, and soul that we tend to forget about during our busy lives.

Seth Kizzer, LMT
Seth was born in California, but spent most his life living in Colorado. He use to
work in construction before attending the Denver School of Massage in 2010 and has 2 kids. While in school he realized his true passion in life to help people enhance their quality of life through medical massage, body structure and re-patterning. In addition to massage therapy, Seth is also a Reiki level two.
Seth is trained in over twenty modalities of body works and healing arts, including Trigger Point, Sport Injury, Reiki, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi, Prenatal, Structural Rolfing, Craniosacral, Acupressure, and Medical Massage. He is client-oriented and tailors each treatment to decrease pain and increase range of motion. Regardless of where you may be in life, Seth can help you enhance and restore your health. He strongly believes that massage is an excellent way to take care of your body, its the only HOUSE you have to live in.

Brook Martinez, LMT
Brook has always been enthusiastic about learning and helping others. That enthusiasm lead her to pursue a career in massage therapy earning her certification from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. Naturally intuitive, Brook is able to combine the best techniques and modalities to help her clients achieve maximum results.
People seeking help with general wellness, stress relief, postural issues, and recovery after surgery have all found relief from Brook. Additionally, involvement in the sport of Muay Thai has brought many battered athletes to her doorstep, and she is never stingy with her healing talents.
Always a friendly face, Brook has a talent for establishing rapport and trusting relationships with clients. She lives her passion for helping others every day, and is always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s with a strained shoulder or a bruised shin. Brook’s compassion and fascination with the human body made massage therapy a natural choice, and she loves sharing her skills with the world.

Jennifer Stec, LMT
Jennifer Stec is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado. Jennifer graduated from Heritage College of Health Careers in October 1997. Since then she has practiced massage in several different settings. Her first job was working at DIA in the Main Terminal massage clinic. She provided over one thousand massages in the 9 months she worked at A Massage Inc. From there she went on to provide services at integrative physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices and spas throughout the Denver area.
Jennifer has two teenage boys, Thadius and Caleb and enjoys spending time with them and her rat Marley, cats Alice and Mortimer and dog Scrambles. Her hobbies include watching her boys compete, reading and keeping active. She is very excited to be a part our team and assisting our patients achieve natural health, and we are grateful to have her experience and skill.

Meghan Farrell, Massage Intern

Meghan is a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Keene State University in NH, where she also played collegiate basketball. Coming from Vermont and being a three – sport athlete, Meghan has always found enjoyment and empowerment through the outdoors, sport, and physical activity. Meghan has spent her time continuing her education and has worked as an assistant Rec. Director, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, strength coach, and high school girl’s Varsity basketball coach.
In 2014, she replicated her working experience from the Green Mountain State to Teton County in Jackson Hole, WY where she continued to work as a personal trainer, strength coach, and Varsity Girl’s basketball coach. In the fall of 2016, Meghan has recently found herself in the Denver area to further her education through the Message Therapy Institute of Colorado.
Meghan has had the privilege to work with a vast array of athletes, weekend warriors, as well as a plethora of general population, young, middle aged and elders, a like. She looks forward in continuing her thirst for knowledge as a trainer, soon to be licensed therapist as well as sharing her knowledge for the betterment of those she gets to work with.

Sheyenne King, Massage Intern
Since Sheyenne was young, she has always had a deep desire to help others. She found her calling in massage after a variety of life events. With a background in business and customer service, she has gained experience working with the public. She is a survivor of Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome, an auto-immune disorder temporarily paralyzing its victims. These past experiences have led her to a career helping others through massage.
Sheyenne has one son, Tuff, who she enjoys spending her time snuggling and teaching him new things. Her passion caring for others spreads from her family to her clients. Sheyenne is a strong believer in educating her clients about a healthy lifestyle to aid in their healing process. She uses a variety of modalities to help each individual on her table including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, and Shiatsu. Sheyenne completed her education at the Denver School of Massage Therapy with 115.5 hours of clinical internship working on the public and 196 hours of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
